Einstein's Mass Energy Equation

E=mc²

E= stands for units of energy(work unit)
M= stands for mass
C=stands for the speed of light

Einstein's equation states that mass and energy are directly proportional to each other. It means that a given amount of mass is equal to a specific amount of energy.

Nuclear fusion> A lighter nucleus combined with another to form a heavier nucleus.
Nuclear fission> Heavy nuclei splits to form another nuclei.
Binding Energy> Is the energy that holds the nucleus together.
